The clamping sets are produced from spring-hardened steel. The outside diameter d2 is machined to ISO tolerance h5, the central bore to fit shaft ends as defined by DIN 748 (k6/m6). The concentricity of the bore/outside diameter is accurate to 0.008mm and from d2>80mm, concentricity to IT4. The built-in clamping screws are cheese-head screws in accordance with ISO4762 (DIN912), and are actuated using a ISO2936 (DIN911) screwdriver.
